Don't you just love Ottobre magazine? I adore it!
In the last issue I fall in love with this skirt and thought it could be so nice to make it with Heather bailey's fabrics! And after I made it I thought that a bit of applique in the shirt could be cute!
She looked lovely with the Ottobre outfit!
