Today I have been missing my DH so much. Maybe because my kid has been a bit ill or maybe just because I love him so much and I spend so much time with him that now I can't do anything without commenting him... lol...
That's why (maybe) I decided to make some cupcakes for me, my kid and a friend of mine that I thought maybe could be needing also some sugar in her life...
I used the quick coffee cake recipe from the Thermomix machine and then baked them as cupcakes and top them with some Betty Crocker chocolate frosting. So easy but so tasty!

Look at the little pearl on top! That is wonderful. It's the details that sometimes make all the differnence. I am sure your friend loved that little bit of sweetness. :)
